George Raynal

George is an experienced patent attorney with SAIDMAN DesignLaw Group, and his practice covers all aspects of design law, with a particular focus on U.S. and international design patent prosecution and enforcement. George helps individual designers, start-ups and major domestic and foreign companies, such as electronics and auto manufacturers, obtain robust design protection and enforce their rights against knock-offs. George is actively involved in infringement investigations and enforcement activities, particularly against online resellers. George is also engaged in a variety of copyright, trademark and contract matters, including litigation and licensing. He is a member of the Industrial Design Committee of the AIPLA, and participates in the USPTO’s annual Design Day.
Outside of work George enjoys hiking, gardening, and reading about the latest in design and technology.
